They are utilized as a 1-time use, for a complimentary replacement, processed as a new order. We will supply a printable pre-paid label, to send your old unit back!
Units issued with your warranty are not eligible for re-warranty under a new accident protection warranty, but you ALWAYS have access to our repair shops for any damages.

Screen cracks or damage as a result of accidents and drops.
Damage as a result of liquid spills or submersion.
Battery and power source failure, including wiring to the battery and battery shorts.
Power failure, power shorts, and internal cord replacement.
Wrist band failure or problems.
