How it Works

 
 
 

  1. Choose from 146 easy-to-use Frequency Sets

2. Adjust the volume to a low level, typically 1-3

3. Let the Frequency Set play and gently harmonize with your body.

 

WAVwatch 2.0 Controls

Power Button

Long press: on/off

Quick press: sleep/wake

Reset: If your watch is frozen or not responsive, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Select your Frequency Set

Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.

Play Frequency Set

Selected Frequency Set will begin playing automatically. From the Watch screen, tap on bottom half of screen to see currently playing Frequency Set.

Adjust Volume

Swipe right to left then adjust slider. We recommend a volume of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for it to work.

Add Favorites

Tap on heart icon and choose Playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple Playlists for ease of use!

Select Repeat

Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected Frequency Set.

Charge

Attach charger to USB port for 2-3 hours until fully charged. Use included adapter for USB-C port if needed. We recommend a smart charger. The original WAVwatch 1.0 charging block may take much longer to charge.

If you are having difficulties charging your watch, you may need to clean the contacts on the back of the watch with a small amount of alcohol and a clean cloth.

  • Experience the power of sound frequencies in an intuitive, easy-to-use format called Frequency Sets! There are 1,100+ frequencies in these 146 specialized Frequency Sets. Each set contains the most effective frequency combinations to make self-care with the WAVwatch even better.

  • The WAVwatch is designed to use 6-8 Frequency Sets per charge, which is what we recommend. Playing more than this per day will give too many conflicting signals to your body.

  • Due to FDA General Wellness regulations, WAVwatch 2.0 Frequency Set names are designed to avoid referencing specific medical conditions, focusing instead on broader wellness goals to comply with these guidelines.

    All of the same great frequencies in WAVwatch 1.0 are still in WAVwatch 2.0 in the Frequency Sets!

  • Yes! The WAVwatch 2.0 has additional frequencies (1,100) but they are organized into 146 easy to use Frequency Sets.
