I have used my Wav Watch every night for last 3 weeks in Sleep cycle.
What fabulous dreams I have had and feel great every morning.
Dreams are so enjoyable I don't want to get up is the only problem.

A bit of background I have arthritis and a slew of allergies. The first thing I worked on was the pain and I have had a great deal less pain in the 3 weeks I have been using the watch and in the past 2 morning I have got up with no pain. That is a major milestone for me. Last week I came down with a sinus infection and could not breath at night and I used the watch over night and was able to breathe and get the sleep I needed to heal.

I have been using the Sleep setting. It has almost completely stopped the leg movements that usually start around 1 or 2 in the morning. I used to use either topical magnesium or nicotine patches. I have backed those off and have done a couple nights with just the WavWatch on the sleep setting. I have tried Muscle Recovery for pain in my arm and I believe it helps some. I have not yet tried it for a long period of time.
