I had the original WAVwatch which I loved to use for various health situations. I decided to upgrade to the 2.2 version after hearing about the additions of the vagus nerve setting and more playlist options for "Favorites ". It also has a different sleep setting than the original version and I was looking forward to trying that out. Although I haven't found any sleep help with it, I'm very glad I bought it. I have a very small wrist and the 2.2 version fits better, is simpler to use and I love that I can fill more playlists. I also really like the search feature on the website. There are 2 things I would recommend including with the kit that comes with the watch: 1.) A more detailed guidebook on how to use it. If I wouldn't have already had the original version, I think I would've struggled with the operation of the 2.2. 2.) A description included that explains the differences among "balance," "support," "health," and "wellness." For example, if I wanted to work on my thyroid, do I choose "balance," "health" or "support?" Not knowing what the differences are, I had to call and ask about that. (The person who took my phone call was very helpful!) Other than those 2 things, I highly recommend the WAVwatch!

After purchasing a Wavwatch for my back pain and having amazing results. I decided to purchase one for my 79 year old parents to share. My father started to wear the watch and used the settings for ears. His hearing has been declining for years and was getting bad. He was having other issues with his ears that made wearing hearing aids almost impossible. After about 3 weeks using the watch we were at a family party and he realized he could hear everyone. To tests this, I turned my back and asked him to repeat everything I said. Even with background music playing he was able to repeat what I said. He is so HAPPY, and so is my mother. Its awful to feel isolated because you cannot hear what people are saying. Life changing! Thank you!!!

I use my WAV watch a lot, as a disabled Veteran who’s struggling to stay active and not in constant pain and to help calm myself. Whether it’s pain, emotional or organ support related I’ve had good results using while I work, it helps me get through a shift I’d otherwise have a hard time with. Despite its healing and helping qualities, I often have to recover by resting at home. No matter the ache or pain I’m having I often lay it next to me within ear shot while I take a cat nap. And one thing I’ll say, that while I had an issue with my first WAV 2.2, they stood by their warranty and replaced my cherished watch.

How is a refurbished WAVwatch different?
Refurbished WAVwatch 2.0 units are gently used or slightly imperfect devices from our regular inventory. They may have been returned within our 30-day return window or show small cosmetic imperfections such as minor scuffs, light scratches, tiny dings, or a slightly off-center screen. Some units may also show lighter water-resistance compared to a brand-new WAVwatch. Despite these cosmetic differences, every refurbished unit has been fully inspected, cleaned, and tested by our WAVwatch team to ensure complete working functionality.
What’s covered under the 90 Day warranty?
Refurbished WAVwatch 2.0 units come with a 90-day Manufacturer’s Warranty, which covers:
- Internal hardware issues
- Device malfunctions
- Battery or charging defects
- Screen or software performance issues (not caused by accidental damage)
Please note:
- All sales are final for refurbished units.
- Accidental damage warranty cannot be purchased for refurbished models.
Cosmetic imperfections are not covered under warranty.
Are refurbished units tested?
Yes! Every refurbished WAVwatch 2.0 goes through a full quality-inspection process performed by our staff. Each device is checked for:
- Proper device startup and operation
- Correct frequency playback
- Screen responsiveness
- Battery performance
- Charging behavior
- Button function and overall usability
Only units that pass our functionality tests are approved for resale.

How To Use WAVwatch
- Power: Turn your WAVwatch on or off with a long press of the power button. You can put your watch to sleep or wake it up with a quick press of the power button.
- Select frequency set: Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.
- Play frequency set: The selected frequency set will begin playing automatically. From the watch screen, tap on the bottom half of the screen to see currently playing frequency set.
- Adjust volume: Swipe right to left then adjust the slider. We recommend a volum of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for the watch to work.
- Add to favorites: Tap on the heart icon and choose playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple playlists for ease of use.
- Select Repeat: Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected frequency set.
Charging
Attach charger to USB port for 2-3 hours until fully charged. Use included adapter for USB-C port if needed. We recommend a smart charger. The original WAVwatch 1.0 charging block may take much longer to charge.
If you are having difficulties charging your WAVwatch, you may need to clean the contacts on the back of the watch with a small amount of alcohol and a clean cloth.
