The watch itself is very attractive. I have just started to use my watch and have not watched any videos or done any research. With that said, my husband has used the pain icon on his watch and has noticed significant reduction in his pain to the point of no pain. I bought the watch predominately to stop the ringing in my head/ears and sooth neuro nerve pain. After wearing my watch for a period of time, I will again give a review, hopefully to report on a peaceful, quiet brain and no heal pain.

I am still learning the ropes. I am hoping to bring down my inflammation and pain levels with the wav watch. I have lupus, so chronic inflammation. I also have problems sleeping and far so good I have been sleeping better and it’s only been a few days. So far I really like it.

I used the WavRelief which was a recommendation from Megan(customer support). I put WavRelief(found under the FirstWAV option. And within and hour I felt the feeling of being happier, lighter, less burdened. I love my watch and have enjoyed using many of the options on the WAVwatch. I am very grateful that I gave it a try!!

My sleep improved, so I was not tossing and turning all night. I work around chemicals and I've been running the chemical detox and respiratory support. I can feel my chest clear and my breathing ease. Very happy with how easy it is to use.
