I am going on 2 weeks and the first thing I noticed was that the ringing in my ears went from a 10 to about a 2. It did come back to about a 6 but Ive been addressing other issues. My sleep is amazing. I don’t wake up during the night anymore. My focus is sharper and my memory is definitely better. It reduces my stress and has stabled my moods. I used to have to take an aspirin every morning to get out of bed but that is no longer the case. It’s definitely a work in progress.

I had the square Wavwatch for about 3 years and finally upgraded to the 2. My main issue is an essential tremor but also use it for calming and relaxation and restful sleep. I’m pleased that my new watch is also effectively improving my tremor. I also like the improved appearance , the convenient charging device , and the ease of navigation. Anxious to explore other benefits.

I mostly bought this to help me sleep. And it seems to be working great. The other functions I’ve tried are more subtle and hard the gauge the effectiveness.
