TEMPORARY SHIPPING UPDATE:Β
For the time being, due to carrier rules and regulations, we cannot ship orders to these address types:
β’ Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam
β’ PO Box Addresses
β’ International addresses
We hope to have these locations added as a fulfillment option at a later date
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24β48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:Β Β
Orders are processed via Ground shipping, and not normally able to be expedited. Specific carriers cannot be guaranteed, and may be restricted due to address type and availability at time of fulfillment. Standard Free Domestic Shipping times are 3β8 business days after the order has been processed and fulfilled, but can take up to 14 business days or more for unforeseen delays related to the carrier. Your package may require a signature at time of delivery.
After 14 days of inactivity in your tracking, please contact us for further help.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, temporarily, we only offer shipping to the US on new orders due to carrier specific rules and regulations. We are hopeful to have international markets re-added at a later date.
All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), and/or fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. WAVwatch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.Β
If an international delivery is refused and the package returned to sender, you as the customer may be liable for fees that will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30-days after delivery for full refunds, if the item is undamaged and in its original condition. Shipping is non-refundable. Damaged items will not be accepted for a refund. Screen protectors and Velcro Wristbands are final sale.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 business days at info@wavwatch.com with your order number and a photo of the itemβs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
