Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and mail your items back.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged items are not eligible for returns. See below for information regarding defects.
- Refurbished items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please see below for items that cannot be returned.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please:
- Submit a Refund Request via our contact form, or
- Request a refund through your customer account portal.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Incorrect items or personal items mailed to our returns location will not be mailed back to you.

Please Note: We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels, and you do not need an RMA number for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back after 30 days are liable for a 15% restocking fee, or may be denied and mailed back.
3. Refund Process
- Upon receipt, your item will be inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- All refurbished items
- Screen protectors
- Velcro wristbands
- Items that are damaged or not in their original condition
5. Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns shipped to the wrong address will experience delayed processing times and may not be able to be refunded.
- International VAT/duty fees are the customer responsibility and cannot be refunded.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of receipt at info@wavwatch.com.
To help us evaluate and resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the damage or defect.
