How To Use The WAVwatch
Power: Turn your WAVwatch on or off with a long press of the power button. You can put your watch to sleep or wake it up with a quick press of the power button.
Select frequency set: Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.
Play frequency set: The selected frequency set will begin playing automatically. From the watch screen, tap on the bottom half of the screen to see currently playing frequency set.
Adjust volume: Swipe right to left then adjust the slider. We recommend a volum of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for the watch to work.
Add to favorites: Tap on the heart icon and choose playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple playlists for ease of use.
Select Repeat: Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected frequency set.

Charging
Attach charger to USB port for 2-3 hours until fully charged. Use included adapter for USB-C port if needed. We recommend a smart charger. The original WAVwatch 1.0 charging block may take much longer to charge.
If you are having difficulties charging your WAVwatch, you may need to clean the contacts on the back of the watch with a small amount of alcohol and a clean cloth.

I recently had surgery. Four hours. Fairly invasive. Right after surgery I was given a pain pill. We went home and I was grateful the WAVwatch had been delivered. I was starting to feel pain, so I put on the watch and used the WAVrelief setting. It hardly took any time for me to feel more comfortable. I used homeopathy, red light, and hyperbaric to help with healing, but I am amazed that I never even needed an Nsaid, let alone a narcotic, after surgery. I had discomfort, but not terrible pain. I have to attribute it to the WAVwatch.
The other day I had a terrible headache and thought I'd have to take a pain pill to sleep, but I put the WAVwatch on the WAVrelief setting again and my headache was gone within the hour. I have been wearing it 24/7 since I got it - other than to charge - and am using a variety of settings. I haven't had it quite 2 weeks yet and I'm excited to see how else it can help me. I'm still struggling with sleep. For sure it helped mitigate pain.

I've been wearing my wavwatch 1.0 since December and I decided my 27-year-old non-speaking daughter with cerebral palsy would benefit from wearing her own watch. So she bought the 2.2 about 4 weeks ago. It's difficult to know what it's doing for her but I decided to share the tiny thing that did happen. She's been pretty quiet and sober since she had a feeding tube placed 10 days ago. On day 5 post-procedure, she still hadn't smiled but I put the watch on her and a while later noticed she was smiling and even chuckling. I looked at her watch and sure enough, it was on the mood setting. :)
