WAVwatch "CLARIFY SALE" SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by 432 Energetics LLC d/b/a WAVwatch, 10119 Cherry Lane, Lenexa, KS 66220, telephone (401) 592-8928, email info@wavwatch.com ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered through ViralSweep.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States and the following countries where WAVwatch ships: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, and Singapore, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each such individual are ineligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on April 10, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on April 17, 2026 at 11:45:00 PM CT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 — Purchase Entry (Paid): During the Sweepstakes Period, make a qualifying purchase at wavwatch.com. You will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent (before taxes and shipping) in a single qualifying transaction. Fractional dollar amounts are rounded down. There is no limit to the number of entries you may earn through purchases. Purchases made prior to April 10, 2026 or after April 17, 2026 are not eligible. A purchase does not increase your odds of winning relative to other entrants who have the same number of entries.

Method 2 — Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: WAVwatch Clarify Sale Sweepstakes, 10119 Cherry Lane, Lenexa, KS 66220, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry. Each hand-printed mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 17, 2026 and received by April 24, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, or any automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, garbled, lost, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: One (1) WAVwatch 2.2 wearable sound frequency device, approximate retail value ("ARV") $697.00 USD. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $697.00 USD. No cash equivalent or substitution of a prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and/or provincial taxes. Prize will be shipped to the winner's address via Sponsor's standard shipping methods. International winners are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes or fees imposed by their country. Peripheral items may only be shipped to US and Canadian addresses; international winners outside the US and Canada may receive a modified prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor's discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about April 22, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by ViralSweep on behalf of Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner fails to respond within the allotted time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7. WINNER VERIFICATION AND CONDITIONS

The potential winner may be required to: (a) complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of issuance; (b) provide a valid government-issued photo ID or other proof of identity and eligibility; and (c) provide a valid shipping address within the eligible shipping regions listed in Section 2. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The prize will be delivered to the winner's verified address using Sponsor's standard fulfillment process. Sponsor is not responsible for prize delivery delays caused by carrier disruptions or customs clearance timelines.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep, Shopify Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (c) any technical errors or malfunctions related to the Sweepstakes; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or by the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any prize.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and, with your consent, for marketing communications in accordance with WAVwatch's Privacy Policy, available at wavwatch.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. By entering, you agree to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described herein and in the Privacy Policy. For information about your rights regarding personal data (including rights applicable under CCPA, GDPR, or other applicable laws), please review the Privacy Policy.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor's products for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

12. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without reference to conflict-of-law principles; and (c) any such disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Johnson County, Kansas. Entrant waives any and all rights to trial by jury.
