Step-By-Step Guide
And earn points for your purchases today! As a WAVfamily Loyalty Member there are lots of ways you can earn points to apply toward WAVwatch products! Below is a step-by-step guide on how to join and participate in the WAVfamily Loyalty Program
1) Create an account
Join the WAVfamily Loyalty Program so that you can start earning points! Click Log in to get started.
2) Enter your email
Create your account with your email address. Then a code will be emailed to you and you will need to verify your email address.
3) Join WAVFamily
Once your account is created, you'll be invited to Join WAVfamily and instantly receive 500 points!
4) Earn More Points
Once you create your account, you will be given several ways that you can earn more points, both instantly and over time. Placing an order, referring a friend, adding your birthday, following us on social media, and more will allow you the opportunity to earn more points toward future WAVwatch purchases.
5) Redeem Rewards
As you earn points, your available discounts and other rewards will reveal in the "Redeem Rewards" section of your WAVfamily portal. Each 100 points is worth $6 of store credit. You must have at least 5,000 points to redeem them on your next purchase. 10,000 points will get you a FREE WAVwatch.
6) Tiers
The tiers section displays the increased benefit of moving to Gold, Silver, and Platinum tiers. The more you spend, the more you get back! You'll reach platinum after you spend $5,000 in the WAVwatch store. At that point, every 100 points will be worth $10.
7) Point History
Once you start earning points, you can see your points history by selecting the button towards the top of your WAVfamily portal.
8) Redeem Points
As your points accumulate, you can see what rewards are available to you at the present time and use the slider to see how much further you have to go to obtain additional rewards. Click Redeem to use your points. Once you click redeem, a discount code will appear for you to use on your next purchase
9) Access Your Code
If you navigate away from your WAVfamily portal and/or your cart once you have begun the process of redeeming a discount code, simply return to the WAVfamily portal and scroll to the "Redeem Rewards" section to find your discount code.

Why Did We Create the WAVfamily Loyalty Program?
When we started the WAVwatch affiliate program, our intention was to give people a way to share about the watch and be compensated in the event they made referrals that led to sales.
This has been great and we're incredibly grateful for the thousands of sales our affiliates have made! BUT what we've learned over time is that a lot of people love WAVwatch and just wanted to share about it with their friends and family, but not necessarily earn commissions.
With this new loyalty program, we're creating many more ways to earn points to apply towards discounts or free WAVwatch
How can I earn points with this program?
Under the "Earn Points" section of your loyalty dashboard, you can see the different ways to earn points, including:
- Join Program
- Refer a Friend
- Celebrate a Birthday
- Celebrate an anniversary
- Place an order
- Write a review
- Join Email List
- Sign up for SMS (text messages)
- Take a Survey
- Like on Facebook
- Follow on Instagram
- Follow on TikTok
How does the tier system work?
You will see different tier levels visible in your account dashboard, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each of these levels are based on the amount that you spend on WAVwatch related purchases. Once each new level is reached, your tier status will change. Each tier level includes different benefits including potential free gifts and increased point earnings, similar to a frequent flyer or hotel rewards program.
(For previous affiliates): Is my affiliate account going to be migrated to this new Loyalty program?
If you are an affiliate who has not made any referral sales through the affiliate portal and you joined prior to January 1, 2025, then your account will be migrated to a Loyalty account automatically. Since you've already been part of the affiliate program you'll automatically start at Silver Tier status!

Will my points ever expire?
Your points do not expire, though we reserve the right to change the redemption rules at our discretion in the future.

How can I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed for a discount on WAVwatch products. If you accumulate enough points, you may be able to redeem your points for free WAVwatch products as well!
What if I have already done something on the list prior to joining the program?
The following actions qualify for retroactive point redemption:
