Love this watch and it is helping my back and sleep! I love all the settings that you can choose from! I wear it all the time! I don’t like putting it on the charger because that’s the only time I’m not wearing it!

I have had the WW for about one month. There are so many frequencies for specific issues. I have only used two frequencies metabolic weight support and back pain support. My back pain decreased within two days and continued at a lower pain as long as I had the WW on. I tried the metabolic weight support and I felt that my appetite decreased along with craving-I still grazed and that's on me.
I'm looking forward to try other frequencies such as Arthritis support as I write this review.
I am 68 and looking for any benefit for a better quality of life as my body ages. Exercise, diet, sleep and positive outlook keeps me going.
As of now, I look at the WW as part of my body's maintenance program.

This watch is everything I thought it would be. I went by their booth at the biohacking conference. That’s where I heard about it. It’s well worth the money! All the modes work very well.
