I don't know if it is a coincidence, but I received my Wavwatch on a Sunday and at the time I had debilitating lower back pain. I started using the wavrelief and back support frequencies. By Tuesday I was pain free and could stand up straight. I use it every day and I am enjoying the benefits.

I had the original WAVwatch which I loved to use for various health situations. I decided to upgrade to the 2.2 version after hearing about the additions of the vagus nerve setting and more playlist options for "Favorites ". It also has a different sleep setting than the original version and I was looking forward to trying that out. Although I haven't found any sleep help with it, I'm very glad I bought it. I have a very small wrist and the 2.2 version fits better, is simpler to use and I love that I can fill more playlists. I also really like the search feature on the website. There are 2 things I would recommend including with the kit that comes with the watch: 1.) A more detailed guidebook on how to use it. If I wouldn't have already had the original version, I think I would've struggled with the operation of the 2.2. 2.) A description included that explains the differences among "balance," "support," "health," and "wellness." For example, if I wanted to work on my thyroid, do I choose "balance," "health" or "support?" Not knowing what the differences are, I had to call and ask about that. (The person who took my phone call was very helpful!) Other than those 2 things, I highly recommend the WAVwatch!

I Wonder why it works so well. I wonder what I ever did without it. It has removed more body aches than I ever knew I could get rid of. The people on the Wavwatch team are so pleasant and easy to work with, that alone is refreshing.. Hats off and many thanks for bringing me a wonderful product.
