How To Use The WAVwatch
Power: Turn your WAVwatch on or off with a long press of the power button. You can put your watch to sleep or wake it up with a quick press of the power button.
Select frequency set: Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.
Play frequency set: The selected frequency set will begin playing automatically. From the watch screen, tap on the bottom half of the screen to see currently playing frequency set.
Adjust volume: Swipe right to left then adjust the slider. We recommend a volum of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for the watch to work.
Add to favorites: Tap on the heart icon and choose playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple playlists for ease of use.
Select Repeat: Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected frequency set.

Charging
Attach charger to USB port for 2-3 hours until fully charged. Use included adapter for USB-C port if needed. We recommend a smart charger. The original WAVwatch 1.0 charging block may take much longer to charge.
If you are having difficulties charging your WAVwatch, you may need to clean the contacts on the back of the watch with a small amount of alcohol and a clean cloth.

It’s been interesting. I’m using it most of the time. Sometimes I don’t feel or hear any sound when the watch is on but others times I do. I have tried the parasite setting twice. I noticed that it makes a growly sounding noise. I can only leave it on for about an hour and will get some nausea. Then I would change to the nausea setting and it would go away in about 30 minutes. I woke up with stiff neck and shoulder muscles and set for muscle recovery and support which was much better in about an hour. I developed a tension pressure headache and the head tension headache was much better after an hour or so. Normally I would take two Tylenol which would usually get better within 2-4 hrs with that level of pain. I’m using sleep settings every night and am definitely sleeping much better. I had a pattern of either having trouble not falling asleep or waking up too early and not being able to go back to sleep. I’m getting to sleep easier and staying asleep longer and usually can get back to sleep right away more consistently than before. A few nights have even slept for six or seven hours when my pattern was four or five hours at a time! I’m still experimenting but think it’s worthwhile and I will keep using it.

Did my research up front and decided it was worth a try. I can't believe what it has done for me. The outcome so far has been significant enough that I already have a 2nd watch for my spouse.
