• Accidental Damage Warranties are valid for 1 year from purchase date

• They are utilized as a 1-time use, for a complimentary replacement, processed as a new order. We will supply a printable pre-paid label, to send your old unit back!

• Units issued with your warranty are not eligible for re-warranty under a new accident protection warranty, but you ALWAYS have access to our repair shops for any damages.

Accident protection covers:

• Screen cracks or damage as a result of accidents and drops.

• Damage as a result of liquid spills or submersion.

• Battery and power source failure, including wiring to the battery and battery shorts.

• Power failure, power shorts, and internal cord replacement.

• Wrist band failure or problems.

It DOES NOT cover:

• Protection against theft, loss, reckless, or product abuse.

• Damage during shipping and handling.

• Shipping costs to return the product for service.
