Power: Turn your WAVwatch on or off with a long press of the power button. You can put your watch to sleep or wake it up with a quick press of the power button.
Select frequency set: Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.
Play frequency set: The selected frequency set will begin playing automatically. From the watch screen, tap on the bottom half of the screen to see currently playing frequency set.
Adjust volume: Swipe right to left then adjust the slider. We recommend a volum of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for the watch to work.
Add to favorites: Tap on the heart icon and choose playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple playlists for ease of use.
Select Repeat: Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected frequency set.

Seriously, I get so much relief by using my WAVwatch! At the age of 49, I had Chemo-radiation for nasopharyngeal cancer 13 years ago and I still suffer from the affects of the treatment. The cancer is gone, but I am left with a host of disorders, including neuropathy, hypothyroidism, 100% xerostomia (dry mouth), stenosis of the oropharynx, eustachian tube dysfunction, sever hearing loss, severe tinnitus, full body nerve pain, and failing teeth, which leads to extraction which can and has led to ONJ - osteonecrosis of the jaw. I mostly use the watch with the setting of "nerve sensation" 24 hours a day. I also use it for back pain and nausea. It works well for all of these. Believe me, I can tell when the battery dies and the watch shuts off. My husband suggested we get a second one as a back-up and also to have a freshly charged watch at all times. At bedtime, I just switch watches and I'm good for 24 hours.

My wife has been wearing the wav watch for about a week now and it’s been amazing what I’m seeing/what she’s telling me.
