HOW TO USE WAVWATCH
Power: Turn your WAVwatch on or off with a long press of the power button. You can put your watch to sleep or wake it up with a quick press of the power button.
Select frequency set: Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.
Play frequency set: The selected frequency set will begin playing automatically. From the watch screen, tap on the bottom half of the screen to see currently playing frequency set.
Adjust volume: Swipe right to left then adjust the slider. We recommend a volum of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for the watch to work.
Add to favorites: Tap on the heart icon and choose playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple playlists for ease of use.
Select Repeat: Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected frequency set.

I had used a bulky Rife machine before and when I heard about a Rife machine in the palm of your hand, I purchased it as soon I could a few months ago. I was so satisfied with the WAVwatch 2.0, I started sharing it with some friends. One friend had bone on bone knee pains. I took him to dinner at a Casino where I dropped him off at the door and then parked in a shady spot way out in the boonies. During dinner, I loaned him the watch and after dinner, he said he felt no pain. We walked all over the casino and even to my car parked far far away. Another friend told me that her toes were no longer tingling after wearing the WAVwatch which she said she has suffered for years. I wound up buying three more watches which I gave two away and loaning out the other watch. For me, I don't have to worry about taking antacids after eating spicy foods because I have the watch. I dislike taking any kind of medications, even if it only antacids. My plan is to be medicine free for the rest of my life. "For every ailment under the sun, there is a CURE or there is none, Should there be one, Go and find it. Should there be none, Never mind it." And this is the CURE for many ailments. The only problem is that it can only focus one issue at a time. If you are in pain, have heart burn, and itchy skin, you have to figure out which one is the most important at that time. We’ve only had the Wav Watch a little over a week at this point so we’re still learning. But I did notice the very first night. I was able to put it on sleep for my husband who has been having a lot of difficulty with that lately. I stayed up most of the night watching him to see if it worked and he slept so soundly only got up three times compared to a normal six times at night. And he slept more quiet and soundly when he was asleep. Got some other issues to work on, but that was our first thing to tackle. So far so good thank you!

I just received my wave watch six days ago. I did the parasite remover for five hours. I did the bowel movement aid for five hours the next day I had a bowel movement the very next day. I had a very big bowel movement that clogged the toilet I had to call out a repair and they had to take it for about 45 minutes. I’m still having bowel movements but they’re very healthy ones. They are not diarrhea or anything like that. I also started a new medicine that causes extreme dizziness I set it to the dizziness, relief, and it went away immediately! last night I went to bed at 8 o’clock and set my watch for sleep at 8 o’clock. I slept straight through until 3 o’clock in the morning a straight eight hours! Not even getting up to use the restroom! That hasn’t happened to me in years and years and I’m 54 years old. I’m completely sold. Watch because I had seizures and I started to have a seizure and my sister put on her watch and the seizure stopped. That’s what it sold me and that’s why I bought it.
