I've used many other frequency healers in the past but finally a wearable frequency healer. Your body is made up of different frequencies for your cells, skin and organs. You must make sure your bodies frequencies are in tune at all times. So it’s been over a month now and I can honestly say I can’t live without this. I wear it everyday and pretty much start off with headaches and brain fog being in NY they spray every day and night and the cell towers are ever 6 blocks away. They just started putting in those huge con ed batteries no one asks if they do anything to us. If I have an intense workout I do muscle recovery and lower joints . When it’s time to sleep I put sleep on not sure if it’s mind over matter but I hit that pillow and out like a light. Had a couple of scares because I forgot it was on and went into shower had a total meltdown that I broke it but it’s fine . Emailed them and my son looked it up too . Truly love my watch.
