I just received my device. I sat it up and started with first setting. After about 10 minutes, I felt warmth in left wrist that seemed to slowly spread up my arm and throughout my body. I typically stay miserably cold. It was so pleasant that I drifted off to sleep. I truly cannot remember the last time I felt so warm fuzzy and relaxed. I LOVE IT!

I noticed much better planning & concentration with the brain settings. Hurt my foot & it helped the pain & inflammation fast. Friends noted it helped their pain & inflammation, mood, & vision.

I have had a cyst in the middle of my back for years. After wearing the watch for just over a week, my husband has noticed how much smaller it has gotten. Also I seem to be having some improvement in my eyesight with the Eye Clarity. Also feeling like I have more energy and better rest at night.
