HOW TO USE WAVWATCH
Power: Turn your WAVwatch on or off with a long press of the power button. You can put your watch to sleep or wake it up with a quick press of the power button.
Select frequency set: Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.
Play frequency set: The selected frequency set will begin playing automatically. From the watch screen, tap on the bottom half of the screen to see currently playing frequency set.
Adjust volume: Swipe right to left then adjust the slider. We recommend a volum of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for the watch to work.
Add to favorites: Tap on the heart icon and choose playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple playlists for ease of use.
Select Repeat: Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected frequency set.

I am very pleased with my WAVwatch. It has helped to give me relief from everything I have run it for, so far. As I get older I have become more concerned about my body degrading and trying to help it to stay healthy and cleaned from the inside. I have not been one to cleanses in the past but this WAVwatch allows me to help my body to do its job. I like the results that I am feeling thus far.
I like to put my watch on at night, set it and forget it. In the morning, I take my watch off so I can work without worrying about it being banged around or getting water on it and put it on to charge to get it ready for another evening and night's use.

I have had my new WAVwatch 2.0 for a couple of weeks and just love it. I knew I would, after having WAVWatch 1.0 for a while now. I love them both. ( My first WAVwatch has relieved more pain that you would even believe).
