HOW TO USE WAVWATCH
Power: Turn your WAVwatch on or off with a long press of the power button. You can put your watch to sleep or wake it up with a quick press of the power button.
Select frequency set: Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.
Play frequency set: The selected frequency set will begin playing automatically. From the watch screen, tap on the bottom half of the screen to see currently playing frequency set.
Adjust volume: Swipe right to left then adjust the slider. We recommend a volum of 1-3. You do not have to hear it for the watch to work.
Add to favorites: Tap on the heart icon and choose playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple playlists for ease of use.
Select Repeat: Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected frequency set.

I can feel on my arm the Wavwatch working. The sensation is pleasant and not harsh. It is a positive sensation. I am excited about the results. My body constantly endures frequencies from music, cell towers, cell phones, wifi, microwaves, and no telling what else. If I am enduring all these harsh frequencies, why don't I find a source of positive frequencies? When I saw Wavwatch advertised on Flyover Nation on banned.com; I knew this was the solution. Thank You! It took me a while to figure out how to use the watch. I realized that once the watch completes a cycle, it completely shuts off. This is good, in that it saves power, but it is annoying to hold the button to wait for it to come back on. I figured out that if you use a cycle of 6 favorites, the watch will stay on to complete this cycle of 6. 6 frequencies seem to be the magic number in a day. Once I figured this out, the watch has been simple to use.
